Inside is a closet with a few Necromorphs, a few crates of supplies, and a weapon part. Move it over to the first open slot, and go through the newly opened door. Fight your way through, then take the power core from powered on console. Better stay against the wall near the ladder. Take the ladder down and prepare for a large assault. Go forward until you open up to the catwalk of a room.
Must have not been too severe a power malfunction, then. Power malfunction, you say? You'd better get downstairs quickly (past the 1st man on wheel is the best spot) and kill a whole lotta Necromorphs, then go through that door. Go upstairs, past another man on a wheel and try to open the next door. Go through a few more rooms (and more necromorphs) until you open up into a room with a man drawn and quartered on the wall. Use the console next to the door to bypass it and go through into the next room. In here is a text log and a locked door that needs to be hacked, and a few necromorphs. Now take the door on the left towards the supplies. Before you go for them (through the left door), listen to the audio log at the right of the back wall.
Once you're inside (after the 2nd door), you'll get an additional mission: finding the stashed supplies. Use your key to open the Supply Depot doors. You'll be attacked by one Necromorph on the way, and one at the entrance of the supply depot (coming from the guardhouse on the right side). If you go outside just after getting the Arctic suite and use the Objective locator, it'll point you to the left. Then go to the Supply depot, which means backtracking toward the second "Aloha" station / container. Start with setting the right objective, "Investigate the Supply Depot", in the Mission screen on your Rig.
